Online Account Management FAQs
Our online account management system is one of the many benefits of using one of our fuel cards for business. To access the system please select “My Account” in the top right of your screen. Please note that this will open a new tab on your internet browser which means you can keep access to these questions whilst browsing. If you have any further questions, or have issues using your online account, please contact us.
You can easily order additional fuel card from your Online Account Management system:
- If using a laptop or PC, click ‘Fuel Cards’, then ‘Card Request’ in the top left corner. On a mobile these options can be found in the main menu.
- Select your card type*
- Complete the boxes including your name
- Click Add New Card
- On the next screen add either a Driver Name or Vehicle Registration, select the products required
- Click Add
- Ensure you press close after the card, confirm requests and then confirm for a second time.
The customer care team will then process your order.
*Please note that you can only order the same card types that are currently on your account. If you wish to change card types then please contact your account manager or the customer care team.
Simply click ‘Login’ which can be found in the top right corner of our website.
You will log into the account using the same details you set up during registration. If you have forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgotten Password’ button and follow the steps on screen and in the email you will receive. A

To see all cards, simply click “Get cards”. (Do not enter any card details as this will not work)

Select the card(s) you wish to see the PIN(s) for, then select the red envelop icon

Confirm that you wish to receive the PIN(s) via email. You will shortly receive an email with the requested PIN(s).

Log in to your account using the login buttons at the top of the page

If using a laptop or PC, click ‘Fuel Cards’, then ‘Card Management’ in the top left corner. On a mobile these options can be found in the main menu.

To see all cards, simply click “Get cards”. To see specific cards, use the options provided.

Select the card(s) you wish to stop, then choose “STOP SELECTED CARDS”

Please provide a reason as to why the card needs to be stopped and indicate if a replacement is required. This request will be sent to our Customer Care team who will ensure the selected cards are stopped and replacements ordered if required.

To edit any of the order click the red button under ‘Edit’ next to the card you wish to change, and make the required changes.

To remove a card from the order, click the yellow button under ‘Remove’.

If you wish to start over again you can click ‘Remove all cards and start again’.

To add more cards click ‘Add Card details’ and continue as above.
When you are happy with your order click ‘Confirm Requests’, the below box will appear. Click ‘Yes’, this will communicate with our customer service team to ensure your cards are ordered, you will receive an email back from them confirming this when actioned.
How do I find my invoices?

Log in to your online account

If using a laptop or PC, click ‘My account’ in the top left corner. On a mobile these options can be found in the main menu.

Click ‘Invoices’
You can search for the last 3 invoices, last 30, 60 & 90 days and the past 12 months using the quick buttons at the top of the screen. Alternatively you can search for whatever date range you wish to view using the calendar selectors underneath and click ‘Go’.
Next to the invoice you wish to view click the blue paper icon under ‘Copy’ . A copy of your invoice will appear in a new screen. From here you can choose to print or save the invoice.
PLEASE NOTE if this invoice does not appear, this will be due to a pop up blocker on your browser that needs to allow pop ups from our website or be switched off. If you are still struggling to do this please contact us.
This ‘Drawings’ function allows you to run reports, and view transactions on your account.

Log in to your online account

If using a laptop or PC, click ‘Fuel Cards’, then ‘Drawings’ in the top left corner. On a mobile these options can be found in the main menu.

This will open up a search functionality so that you can find the right transactions.
You can search for drawings by:-

Card Number – you can search for part of the card number or the full card number. If you wish for this to match exactly to the card (and not find cards with the same combination of numbers within it) you can select ‘match exact card number’.

Invoice Number – this must match to the invoice exactly including any spaces or punctuation, otherwise it will not find anything.

Card Type – if you just wish to see cards of a certain brand i.e. Shell, BP, UK Fuels etc.

Vehicle Registration or Driver Name – this must match to the card exactly including any spaces or punctuation, otherwise it will not find the card.

Date Range – Tick ‘ search using drawings date range’ and use the calendar function to select your date range.

To include drawings that haven’t yet been invoiced, tick ‘Include Uninvoiced Drawings’.
If you wish to see your drawings on screen, click Get Drawings now. However, if you wish to download your report, click export drawings.

Select the format you prefer. Drawings can be exported in the following format:
- Excel
- CSV
- TSV
- XML
- HTML
- JSON -
Type in the email address you would like your report to be sent to. This can be any email address, but it will automatically default to the email address registered against your web user.

To amend the fields/columns on the report click the blue cog button on the right hand side of the export drawings button and simply click and drag any columns that you do not wish to be on your report over to the ‘unused fields’ section.

When you have finished, click save.

Click ‘Get Drawings’, and your report will be sent to you instantly.
If you want to reset your password, you can use the 'Forgotten password' link, found on the login screen.
If your password has been saved by your internet browser (Chrome or Edge) you can retrieve this through the settings.

- Click the 3 dots on top right of your browser
- Click "settings"
- Click "Autofill" on left hand side
- Click "Password Manager"
- Search "Right fuel" in the "Search Passwords" field
- Click the Eye icon next to the password you need
- You the password or PIN or fingerprint you use for your main device login
Edge browser
- Click the 3 dots on top right of your browser
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Profiles" on left hand side
- Click "Passwords"
- Search "Right fuel" in the "Search Passwords" field
- Click the Eye icon next to the password you need
