Where we used capitalised terms in these terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), this means we intended these words to have specific meanings. Defined terms and their meanings are set out above in the Overview section.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Eligible Customers can collect rewards if they make Eligible Purchases using their fuel card.
1.2. Eligible Purchases must be made in accordance with the fuel card terms and conditions. If you are in breach of the the fuel card terms and conditions, you will not be eligible to participate in the Rewards Scheme. See section 5 (Cancellation, Termination, or Withdrawing from the Scheme) below, for further details.
1.3. To collect rewards, and for any rewards balance to roll forwards from one continuous four week period to the next, you must continue to make a Minimum Purchase. If you do not make the Minimum Purchase in any rolling four week period, your rewards balance will be reset to zero at the end of that four week period.
2. Earning Rewards
2.1. Each Eligible Purchase by an Eligible Customer will attract rewards, payable at the Reward Rate.
2.2. Each week, we will email you with details of your current Rewards Points balance and the number of Reward Points and litres of fuel you need to purchase to reach the next Redemption Value amount.
2.3. If your rewards balance is below the Minimum Redemption Value in any rolling four week period, and provided that you continue to make a Minimum Purchase in each rolling four week period, your rewards balance will roll forwards for up to 12 months from the date the reward was earned.
2.4. If you do not make the Minimum Purchase in any rolling four week period, your rewards balance will be reset to zero at the end of that four week period.
2.5. If you think you have rewards missing or a voucher code missing, please contact us (see section 8 (About Us & Contact Information) for how to do this).
3. Voucher Codes
3.1. Within two weeks of the end of each month, if your rewards balance meets the Minimum Redemption Value, we will issue you with a code so that you can redeem a voucher through the Edenred Select Your Compliments website.
3.2. Once we have issued you with a voucher code:
3.2.1. You have 12 months from the date of issue to redeem your reward. The voucher code and your eligibility for the reward will then expire.
3.2.2. The Edenred Select Your Compliments team will send you emails to remind you of your valid and existing voucher codes, to help you to remember to redeem it.
3.3. You are responsible for using the voucher code to redeem the reward prior to the voucher code expiry date.
3.4. You understand and accept that once we issue your voucher code to your email address, this cannot be transferred to another email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address which we hold for you is up to date and accurate and you agree to keep us updated with any changes.
4. Redeeming Rewards
4.1. You can use your voucher code to redeem your reward through the Edenred Select Your Compliments website, run by Edenred (UK Group) Limited, and you can find out more information about them below in section section 8 (About Us & Contact Information). We are part of the same corporate group as Edenred (UK Group) Limited.
4.2. We are not responsible for the operation of the Edenred Select Your Compliments website or service.
4.3. When using the Edenred Select Your Compliments website or service, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to accept the Edenred Select Your Compliments terms and conditions. This forms a contract between you and and Edenred (UK Group) Limited, relating to your use of the Edenred Select Your Compliments website and service. The Edenred Select Your Compliments privacy policy will also apply to your use of their site and services.
4.4. Once we have issued you with the voucher code, the Edenred Select Your Compliments team will send you emails to remind you of your valid and existing voucher codes, so that you do not forget to redeem the rewards.
4.5. The voucher code and/or rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
4.6. Once you use the voucher code to redeem a reward, the reward provider’s terms and conditions will apply to your use of that reward. For example, if you purchase a voucher from a retailer, that retailer’s terms and conditions of use will apply (including any time limits on using the reward) to the reward. Please read the reward provider’s terms and conditions carefully to ensure you understand how you can use the voucher.
4.7. If you have any questions about how to use your voucher code to redeem a voucher, please contact the Edenred Select Your Compliments team (see section 8 (About Us & Contact Information) for how to do this).
5. Cancellation, Termination, or Withdrawing from the Scheme
5.1. If you no longer wish to participate in the rewards scheme, please contact us (see section 8 (About Us & Contact Information) for how to do this).
5.2. If you cease to be an Eligible Customer, you will no longer be entitled to collect any rewards. You may still be able to use voucher codes which have already been issued to you, although we reserve the right to cancel these if you are in breach of these Ts&Cs or in breach of the fuel card terms and conditions. Once you cease to be an Eligible Customer, no further voucher codes will be issued to you.
5.3. In addition to our other rights and remedies under these Ts&Cs, we may suspend or cancel your participation in the scheme (including cancelling any voucher codes which you have not yet been redeemed) if:
5.3.1. You are in breach of any of these Ts&Cs; and/or
5.3.2. You are in breach of the the fuel card terms and conditions.
5.4. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, withdraw or change the availability of rewards and/or the rewards scheme without notice. We will not be responsible for any losses suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, withdrawal or change in the availability of the rewards or the rewards scheme
6. Tax and Benefits Information
6.1. Where necessary you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Neither we or Edenred (UK Group) Limited accept any liability for any tax obligations or financial consequences that you may incur or suffer as a result of the provision of or your receipt of a reward (i.e. both the rewards points and/or any voucher which you may redeem using the points).
6.2. Where necessary you are responsible for declaring any rewards received to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and for any tax liabilities that may arise in connection with the reward or voucher.
6.3. You agree to defend and indemnify us and our of our group companies against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with the terms of section 6.1 or section 6.2.
7. Personal Data
7.1. Any personal data which you provide to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you visit and use the Edenred Select Your Compliments website their Privacy Policy will also apply to you.
7.2. Once you purchase a reward, the reward provider’s privacy policy will also apply to you.
