The client

Based in Yorkshire just off the M606 and close to the M62, Keep it Cool Ltd offer a same-day service for temperature-controlled food, using a mixed vehicle type fleet. Their routes vary from local to national.  

The challenge

Keep it Cool Ltd needed our help to control its fuel costs and streamline fleet operations. By using a fuel card, they can track and monitor fuel purchases, set spending limits, and gain insights into their overall fuel usage. 

To overcome these challenges, we needed to find a fuel card which:

  • Can be used nationally
  • Includes a wide range of motorway sites with HGV access
  • Provides ultimate cost savings as we understand the narrow margins that the transport sector faces

The solution
