The client
The Hendy Group has one of the UK’s largest multi-franchise dealership networks, covering eight counties and 24 automotive brands across the South Coast of England.
They sell used and new vehicles, plus have a comprehensive range of after-sales services including servicing, MOT testing, accident repair and parts.
The challenge:
Vehicles often arrive at dealerships with little or no fuel, so the Hendy Group needs the flexibility to find a location nearby which accepts their fuel card.
We therefore needed to find a solution which:

The solution
A selection of fuel cards which are relevant to their local forecourt. These offer competitive prices for petrol and diesel, saving the Hendy Group money at the pump.
Plus, all transactions are conveniently displayed on one invoice.
Our approach
We understand that every customer is different, so we used a tailored approach to identify which of our products would be most appropriate for each forecourt. We check in regularly with each customer to ensure everything is going smoothly and offer support if needed.
Our 24/7 online account management system helps the Hendy Group to streamline their fuel management. Through this, they can access detailed transaction reports and view their invoices, giving them better control over their fuel expenditure.
We work together to ensure the security of their fuel cards. As part of this, we have implemented spending limits and product restrictions to prevent misuse. We also offer the Hendy Group automatic fraud protection (up to a maximum of £5000) to provide additional peace of mind.
