If you suspect fraud or lose a card, it's important to act quickly to minimise risks:
Raise the alarm: Stop cards and report to us immediately. Log in to your online account management portal and stop the impacted cards 24/7, and contact our support team at 0113 202 5110.
Stop cards: We’ll ensure your cards are frozen so that no further transactions can be made.
Your checks: Review recent activity in your account to identify unauthorised purchases.
Update PINs: Reset PINs for remaining cards to prevent further misuse.
Our checks: Our team will investigate and resolve issues promptly, issuing replacement fuel cards if necessary. We'll carry out a thorough investigation and may request supporting evidence from you.
Credit account: Following a successful claim, we will issue a credit note to your account.
