A Shell Recharge Card is not used for purchasing fuel. Instead, it is used for electric vehicle (EV) charging. It allows users to charge their EVs at public charging stations, and you can earn points if it is linked to a Shell Go+ Rewards account.
If your card is stolen or lost, you will need to immediately freeze the card via your online portal to prevent misuse. The card will then be blocked instantly. Because each card requires a PIN, the risk of misuse is very low. We will send out a replacement quickly to minimise disruption to your drivers.
